Farmers provide an exacting level of detail when caring for their Kingsway Wagyu cattle. The result is a Wagyu Tomahawk steak that is extremely buttery, rich in flavour, and with a striking long-bone presentation for your table.

How To Prepare: Season your Wagyu Tomahawk with your favourite seasonings. Roast the Wagyu over low heat on the bbq or in the oven until you’ve reached your preferred internal temperature. Set the Tomahawk to the side and heat your grill to high or oven to 450f. Place the beef back on the grill or in the oven and sear the outside until you’ve achieved a beautiful golden brown crust. This method is called reverse searing. Rest the Tomahawk for 10 minutes before slicing it.

Chef's Tip: Allow larger cuts like a Tomahawk to sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours 2 before cooking. This will allow it to cook not only faster but far more evenly.
